How to Buy

Step 1. Select Products

  • 1 Log in on the top right side if you are a Club Canon member.
  • 2 Click 'Add to cart' after picking your favourites. Step 2. Check & Complete Payment Info

  • 1 You could move the cursor to the 'Shopping cart' on the top right side to view your recently added item(s).
  • 2 To see all your added item(s), simply click 'View cart/Checkout' and there you see your shopping list.
  • 3 If you have an e-coupon, key in the e-coupon code and click 'Apply e-coupon'.
  • 4 Next, click 'Proceed to checkout'.
  • 5 Either checkout as a Club Canon member or guest. If you want to register as a Club Canon member, click 'Enrol now as a member', and the system will redirect you to Club Canon website for the registration. When you are done, click 'Back to online shop for checkout'.

  • 6 Please provide your billing information. If you have logged in successfully, you can choose the billing address from your online shopping address book or enter a new one.
  • 7 You can visit our showroom to pick up your purchase item(s)* or opt for delivery service.

    Please note:

    1. Whether you choose 'Self Pick-up' or 'Delivery to the billing address', the customer name should be the same as shown on your Hong Kong/Macau identity card or passport. Our delivery executive will contact you through the telephone number on your bill for delivery arrangement.
    2. If you choose 'Deliver to another recipient or address', please click 'Continue' to go to the delivery information page, then enter the recipient name, address and telephone number.
    3. *Self Pick-up is not applicable to consumables (including ink cartridges, toner cartridges, and photo papers).
  • 8 Choose your delivery method and click 'Continue'. The delivery charges will be shown on the screen. Click here for details.If you are buying the consumables only, you can pick the delivery date and time. Click 'Continue' when done.
  • 9 We accept credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please click 'Continue'.
  • 10 Your order details will be shown on the screen. Please review the order details and read related terms and conditions of sales. If you agree and accept the terms, please tick the check box and click 'Confirm order'.

Step 3. Payment

  • 1 The system will automatically redirect to PayPal website. You can choose to 'Pay with my credit card' or 'Pay with my PayPal account":
    1. If you pick 'Pay with my credit card', the system will automatically redirect to the credit card details page. Enter your credit card information and click 'Pay'. A message on screen will show that your payment is being made.
    2. Log in to your PayPal account if you click 'Pay with my PayPal account'. If you have provided your credit card details when you opened your PayPal account, you can click 'Pay Now' or click 'Change' to update your credit card details. It will be indicated on the screen that you have finished the payment. If you have not provided any credit card details when you opened the PayPal

      account, the system will redirect you to the page to 'Link a new credit card'. When you have entered your credit card details, click 'Save and continue', and click 'Pay Now', a message on screen will show that your payment is being made.

      Remarks: If you change the billing address on the PayPal account, the system will not update your address in your Club Canon account/Canon Online Shopping Page simultaneously.

Step 4. Complete

  • 1 You order number will be shown on the screen once the payment is made. You can print it out as a record. Club Canon member can log in at any time to check the order status.
  • 2 You will receive a confirmation email.

How to Use e-Coupon

  • 1 After adding items to your shopping cart, click 'Shopping cart' on the top right, then click 'View cart/Checkout' to go to the shopping cart page.
  • 2 Enter your e-coupon code and then click 'Apply e-coupon'.
  • 3 If the e-coupon code you entered is valid, the discount will be shown instantly.
  • 4 If e-coupon code you entered is shown as invalid, please login to Club Canon account and try again. You may copy and paste your eCoupon code to ensure the code entered is correct. Make sure your eCoupon is not expired or used. If problem persists, please contact us and provide the eCoupon code and related promotion emails you received.

Payment Method

All prices in the website are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. To provide a convenient shopping experience, we accept Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay and American Express.

For online safety, when you enter your credit card number, please also key in the security code printed on the front of the American Express or the code at the back of Visa/MasterCard for the card issuing bank/organization to verify your identity.

Then your credit card payment shall be paid through PayPal. When you place your order, your credit card details will be under 128 bit SSL encryption.

Delivery or Self Pick-up

You can either pick delivery service (applicable to Hong Kong Only) or self pick-up at our showroom. Details as follows:

  1. Delivery

    1. Delivery Area

      Delivery service covers residential and commercial addresses in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Lantau Island (only limited to Tung Chung and Chek Lap Kok). Delivery service is not available to Discovery Bay, Hong Kong International Airport, Penny's Bay, other outlying islands, Lok Ma Chau and any restricted areas, anywhere not directly accessible by trucks or located on or above third floor out of reach by lift or elevator. For delivery to Macau, the customers have to pick up the product from Canon Macau Customer Care Center.

    2. Delivery Time

      Imaging Products (including cameras, lenses, camcorders, printers and accessories)

       Delivery is made within 7 days after order confirmation. Available from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and Public Holidays)

      Consumables (including ink cartridges, toner cartridges and photo papers) 

      Confirm the order* on Monday to Friday before 11:00am (Except Public Holidays), Delivery time# are as follow:


      • Same day: PM
      • Next Working day^: AM/PM

      Confirm the order* on Monday to Thursday in between 11:01 am to 3:30 pm (Except Public Holidays), Delivery time# are as follow:


      • Next working day^: AM/PM
      • Next 2 working day^: AM

      Confirm the order* on Friday in between 11:01 am to 3:30 pm (Except Public Holidays), Delivery time# are as follow:


      • Saturday: AM
      • Next working day^: AM/PM

      Confirm the order* on Monday to Friday after 3:31 pm, Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, Delivery time# are as follow:

      • Next working day^: PM
      • Next 2 working day^: AM/PM

      • *Order confirmation time depends on our server system time.

      • #Delivery time may vary if typhoon number 8 or above is hoisted or when black rainstorm warning is issued.

      • ^Working days refer to Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays. Delivery Charge

      If the order amount exceeds HK$$200, you can enjoy free delivery service; if the order amount is less than HK$$200, there will be a HK$30 delivery charge (per order).

  2. Self Pick-up

    You can choose to pick up your purchased product(s) 3 working days after the order confirmation in Hong Kong or 7 working days after the order confirmation in Macau.

Receiving Instructions for Delivery and Self Pick-up

In order to protect your right and interests, our delivery executive and frontline retail staff will ask you to present the documents below for identity verification.

  1. A copy of the confirmation email
  2. Your Hong Kong/Macau Identity Card or Passport
  3. The credit card used in this online purchase

If you are not available to pick up the product(s), you can authorize a person to do so with a copy of a signed authorization letter (At the end of the Confirmation Email) and the following identity documents. If fail to provide these, the request will not be entertained.

  1. A copy of your Hong Kong or Macau identity card or passport
  2. Identity document of the authorized person

If you discover any damage to the product during delivery, please contact us via shop_canon@chk.canon.com.hk within 24 hours after collecting your product to facilitate the change.

Check and Track the Order

If you are a Club Canon member, you can click 'My Account' after logging in, then click 'My Order' to view the order status. The common statuses are as follows:

  • Order Processing, We have received your order and will handle it.
  • Preparing for Delivery, Delivery being arranged.
  • Delivered, The product has been delivered to the designated address.
  • Cancelled, The order has been cancelled.
  • Information Review, We are verifying the order details. Thank you for your patience.

You can click 'View order' to see the order details including your billing address, delivery address, payment method etc. Also, the name of your purchased product(s), quantity, price, points spent and the grand total amount.

Exchange and Return Policy

We strive to provide you with excellent products. If you are not satisfied with the product quality and need to exchange or refund, we will try our best to provide you with any assistance.

If the products are damaged in transit or the quantity or price of the products are inconsistent with the purchase order, please notify us by email or by phone within 24 hours after receiving the products.

If you want to exchange the products or refund because of any quality or specification issue, please send email or call us within 7 days after receiving the products. We will decide if you are entitled to exchange the products for free or refund depending on the quality and condition of the products.

  • Exchange:

    To exchange imaging products (including cameras, lenses, camcorders, printers and accessories), you have to return the products to the addresses below within 7 days of our notification. If the products are returned within the time specified, we will exchange the products for free as soon as possible. It takes around 7 working days. We will have special arrangement if products are temporarily out of stock.

  • Refund:

    If you wish to refund, you have to return the products to the designated addresses within 7 days of our notification. We will then refund within 30 days to your credit card and (if applicable) credit back the deducted loyalty points to your account.

  • Points to Note:
    1. For any damage to the products caused by normal wear and tear, accident or damage or negligence (which are not caused by us), any use that do not abide by our written and verbal guidelines or damage caused by repair and modification that are made without getting our prior written approval, you will not be entitled to any exchange or refund.
    2. For any exchange or refund, please return the products with the whole packing, accessories, user manual and original blank warranty card. If there was any promotional item bundled with the products, please also return to us.
    3. When returning any product to us, you shall bear all risks associated with it and be liable to all related compensations. We recommend you to purchase suitable insurance to avoid any loss. Such insurance expense shall be bound by you solely.
    4. In order to save your time and make appropriate arrangement, please contact us before making any exchange or refund request.

Log in

  • What can I do if I forget the password?


    You just have to click 'Forgot Password' to go to Club Canon website and enter your registered email. We will issue a new password to you.

Shopping

  • How long can the items in my shopping cart be kept?

    If you leave the site idle as a guest for more than 20 minutes, the items in your shopping cart will not be kept. If you log in to your member account successfully, your items in the shopping cart will not be removed even you have left the site idle.

  • If I close the browser when I am shopping, will the items added to the shopping cart be removed?


    If you browse the site as a guest and you have opened Cookies with tracking function, the system will save the items in your shopping cart for 20 minutes. If you logged into your account successfully, even if you close the browser, the items in your shopping cart will not be removed.

  • Can I use the points to redeem product?


    For items marked with 'Redemption by points', you can click into its details page for the redemption.

  • Why is my e-coupon code shown invalid ?

    If e-coupon code you entered is shown as invalid, please login to Club Canon account and try again. You may copy and paste your eCoupon code to ensure the code entered is correct. Make sure your eCoupon is not expired or used. If problem persists, please contact us and provide the eCoupon code and related promotion emails you received.

    We will send you the e-coupons we prepared for you via email.

  • How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

    
 When our system receives your order, a message will be shown on the screen listing your order number. You will later receive an order confirmation email.

 

After order confirmation

  • Can I ask my friend to pick up the product for me?
