  • What can I do if I forget the password?

    You just have to click 'Forgot Password' to go to Club Canon website and enter your registered email. We will issue a new password to you.


  • How long can the items in my shopping cart be kept?

    If you leave the site idle as a guest for more than 20 minutes, the items in your shopping cart will not be kept. If you log in to your member account successfully, your items in the shopping cart will not be removed even you have left the site idle.

  • If I close the browser when I am shopping, will the items added to the shopping cart be removed?

    If you browse the site as a guest and you have opened Cookies with tracking function, the system will save the items in your shopping cart for 20 minutes. If you logged into your account successfully, even if you close the browser, the items in your shopping cart will not be removed.

  • Can I use the points to redeem product?

    For items marked with 'Redemption by points', you can click into its details page for the redemption.

  • Why is my e-coupon code shown invalid ?

    If e-coupon code you entered is shown as invalid, please login to Club Canon account and try again. You may copy and paste your eCoupon code to ensure the code entered is correct. Make sure your eCoupon is not expired or used. If problem persists, please contact us and provide the eCoupon code and related promotion emails you received.


  • Where can I get the e-coupon?

    We will send you the e-coupons we prepared for you via email.

  • How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

 When our system receives your order, a message will be shown on the screen listing your order number. You will later receive an order confirmation email.


After order confirmation

  • Can I ask my friend to pick up the product for me?

    If you are not available to pick up the product(s), you can authorize a person to do so with a copy of a signed authorization letter (At the end of the Confirmation Email) and the following identity documents. If fail to provide these, the request will not be entertained:

    • A copy of your Hong Kong or Macau identity card or passport
    • A copy of the credit card used in this online purchase
    • Identity document of the authorized person
  • How can check the order status?

    If you are a Club Canon member, click 'My Account' after logging in. Then choose 'My order' to see your order status. You can also click 'View order' to see the details.
