The improved ink tank cap design can be opened and closed easily thus it reduces the chance of ink splatter, and each ink bottle nozzle is designed to fit only into the slot of designated ink tank to prevent accidental filling the wrong ink tank. By simply inserting the ink bottle into the ink tank, the ink can be filled automatically.
When the maintenance cartridge is filled full with ink, users are suggested to send the printer to repair center to remove it for replacement and affect the productivity. To keep printer to perform timely, PIXMA G3020 allows replace ink maintenance cartridge on users own in few simple steps and resume printing at rapid speed.
